The first set of results of the opinion poll, jointly conducted by Mathrubhumi News and P-MARQ (Politique Marquer), were unveiled on Tuesday. The results, covering seven Lok Sabha constituencies, suggest that the UDF is poised for success in Kerala.
As per the poll, the UDF is set to secure victories in Thiruvananthapuram, Kasaragod, Attingal, Chalakudy, Wayanad, and Kollam constituencies. Notably, the survey foresees an LDF triumph in Kannur, the sitting seat of UDF.
It may be noted that these results stem from a survey conducted between March 3 and 17, with 25,821 participants. The subsequent two sets of results will be released in the coming days.
In the Thiruvananthapuram constituency, UDF contender Shashi Tharoor leads the race with a vote share of 37%, closely followed by Pannyan Raveendran (LDF-34%) and Rajeev Chandrasekhar (NDA-27%). The intense competition between the UDF and CPM candidates hints at an engaging battle in this constituency.
Congress' Rajmohan Unnithan commands a strong position in the Kasaragod constituency, boasting a 41% vote share. LDF's M.V. Balakrishnan follows with 36%, while NDA candidate ML Ashwini trails at 21%.
The survey hints Rahul Gandhi may again win in Wayanad (60% votes). Whereas the LDF candidate and NDA candidates have vote shares at 24% and 13% respectively. It signals that Congress may make a significant impact like the last time with maximum votes in their court.

Pinarayi Vijayan, Rahul Gandhi favourite leaders (Kerala)
According to the survey, 31% of voters chose Pinarayi Vijayan as their favourite leader in Kerala. The others among favourites are VD Satheesan(14%), and Ramesh Chennithala(14%).

32% of voters chose Rahul Gandhi as their favourite national leader. The others among favourites are Pinarayi Vijayan (24%) and Narendra Modi (16%).
