Raigad Maharashtra Lok Sabha Election 2024 Details: Lok Sabha elections are to be held later this year. The final schedule for the voting and result of the Raigad Lok Sabha election was announced by Election Commission of India on 16th March.
Raigad Lok Sabha constituency will go to polls in May this year. The date of voting is 13 May ( Phase 4 ).
The results for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in the Raigad constituency will be announced on 4th June.
The notification of the election schedule kick-starts the process of filing of nomination by candidates fielded by all major parties as well as Independents. While some political parties announced their candidate lists ahead of the announcement of polls, others declared candidates as the elections progressed across phases.
The candidate list will be updated as and when the candidates are announced.
Raigad constituency is one of the 48 Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituencies in Maharashtra.
Tatkare Sunil Dattatray of the NCP won the Raigad constituency in the Lok Sabha elections 2019, securing 486968 votes while 455530 votes were polled in favour of Anant Geete of the SHS. Tatkare Sunil Dattatray won with a massive margin of 31438.
In the Raigad Lok Sabha election of 2014, Anant Geete of the SHS defeated NCP candidate Tatkare Sunil Dattatrey by 2110 votes. Anant Geete clinched 396178 votes while Tatkare Sunil Dattatrey got 394068 votes.
