Bihar Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: The 2024 Indian general election in Bihar was held in all 7 phases from April 19 to June 1 to elect 40 members of the 18th Lok Sabha. Now, in the next two hours, the results for all 7 phases will be declared on the official website of the Election Commission of India. As per the official website, “Results trends will start at 8:00 AM on June 4, 2024.”
As one of India’s most populous and politically significant states, Bihar’s electoral outcome is not only a barometer of regional sentiment but also a potential indicator of broader national trends. This election witnessed a fierce contest among major political parties, with key issues such as development, employment, law and order, and social justice dominating the campaign narratives. The Bihar Lok Sabha Election results, therefore, carry significant implications for the future governance and socio-economic trajectory of Bihar.

The counting of votes will commence at 8 am on Tuesday at 36 centres across the state. Further, the counting of the votes for the by-election to the Agiaon assembly seat under the Arrah Lok Sabha constituency will also take place today. The voter turnout across the state of Bihar for the general elections this year stood at 56.19 percent across all phases.
The exit poll for the Bihar Lok Sabha elections 2024, which was announced on Saturday, predicted that the BJP-JD(U) alliance is likely to win 32–33 seats and the INDIA bloc 5–6 seats.
Bharatiya Janata Party, along with Janta Dal United, Lok Janshakti Party, Hindustani Awami Morcha and Rashtriya Lok Morcha, contested elections under the name of the National Democratic Alliance.
Whereas, the Indian National Congress, along with Rashtriya Janata Dal, CPI Liberation, CPI M and CPI, fought together as the INDIA Bloc.

Rajesh Ranjan AKA Pappu Yadav, came victorious from Purnia seat.
Bhagalpur Lok Sabha Constituency
JD(U) candidate Ajay Kumar Mandal defeated all the other candidates to lead Bhagalpur constituency.
Buxar Lok Sabha Constituency
BJP candidate Mithlesh Tiwari won over RJD candidates and other.
Valmiki Nagar Lok Sabha Constituency
Sunil Kumar Kushwaha, JD(U) candidate won over this seat.
Vaishali Lok Sabha Constituency
Veena Devi from Lok Janshakti Party (RV) won Vaishali constituency.
Patliputra Lok Sabha Constituency
RJD candidate Misa Bharti won Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency.
Hajipur Lok Sabha Constituency
Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Pass leads the RJD candidate by over 18,003 votes.
Gaya Lok Sabha Constituency
Jitan Ram Manjhi of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) defeated Kumar Sarvajeet of Rashtriya Janta Dal with 101812 votes.
